
BIBLICAL FASTING IS REFRAINING FROM FOOD FOR A SPIRITUAL PURPOSE.
Fasting is about so much more than what you choose to eat or not eat. You are fasting for spiritual gain, not physical loss! Allow your fast to be guided by your heart and not your gut. The fast you choose is between you and God (and your medical professional if you have a health concern that needs to be addressed). The key to a successful fast is deciding what you will do, why you are doing it, writing out your plan, and putting it in front of you. Whatever type of fast you choose, God will honour your sacrifice. He will do amazing things in your life!

Types of fasts:
Daniel Fast
- Abstain from meats, sweets and bread
- Food to eat
- Cooked, fresh, frozen, dried or juiced fruits and vegetables
- Whole grains, nuts and seeds, legumes and beans
- Beverages
- Water and/or freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice
Partial Fast
- A partial fast is from 6:00AM to 6:00PM (sun up to sun down)
- Drink only liquids during the time frame
Full Fast
- You select the days to fast
- Drink only liquids
