• Abstain from meats, sweets and bread
• Food to eat
  • Cooked, fresh, frozen, dried or juiced fruits and vegetables
  • Whole grains, nuts and seeds, legumes and beans
• Beverages
  • Water and/or freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice

Partial Fast

• A partial fast is from 6:00AM to 3:00PM (sun up to sun down)
• Drink only liquids during the time frame

Full Fast

• You select the days to fast
• Drink only liquids
